​Tocovia Whipple serves as the Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA) for Whipple Ministries, Inc., a FARR-accredited faith-based organization dedicated to providing supportive housing and recovery services throughout South Florida. With a strong background in nursing and community health, Tocovia ensures that each residence operates in full compliance with state and FARR standards while maintaining a safe, structured, and compassionate environment for all residents.

Her leadership as CRRA focuses on promoting accountability, personal growth, and long-term recovery for individuals transitioning from treatment, homelessness, or incarceration. Tocovia is deeply committed to integrating mental wellness, holistic care, and community support into every aspect of the recovery process.
