Tocovia Whipple serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Whipple Ministries, Inc., an organization she founded in June 2021. Leveraging a substantial background in nursing, Tocovia's career has been dedicated to her roles as a Community Health Nurse and a provider of Case Management services. Her unwavering commitment extends towards empowering the community, especially those marginalized within Homestead and Florida City.
